If you’re reading this, then I hope you’ll be familiar with my website and social media presence! I started my blog on this website so that I had a platform to share my thoughts, feelings, and experiences of living with chronic health conditions. I also wanted my blog to be a hub for sharing many opportunities that I have become involved with, having found my voice, and having ignited my passion for engaging and involving others in finding their ‘spark’ when it comes to health research.

It would be an honour and a privilege to win a UK Blog Award – not just personally, but as recognition for the community of incredible young people out there, living with chronic conditions, who are trying to change the world with me, so that future generations don’t have to go through what we have experienced.”
