Happy January, Friendly February and Mindful March have been and gone – now it’s time for Active April!
Action for Happiness have published their monthly calendar for April, which is available in 16 languages. The calendar, based on the key of exercising: take care of your body, is filled with daily suggested actions to do throughout April to help you stay active and give your mind and body a boost. I’m certainly going to do my best to become more active this April!
