Friendly February

What happened to January!? 2019 has already been off to a flying start, with lots of things happening – good and not so good… but keep looking towards the positives! As we say goodbye to ‘Happy January’, we welcome ‘Friendly February’, a reminder to us all of how lovely life can be if we take the time to be friendly.

Action for Happiness have published their monthly calendar for February, which is available in 11 languages.

No matter what happens in life, be good to people. Being good to people is a wonderful legacy to leave behind.

February 2019’s calendar, titled ‘Friendly February’, is filled with daily actions to help make the month ahead a much friendlier one! As Mark Twain so eloquently said, ‘The best way to cheer yourself up is to cheer somebody else up’. With everything that is going on in the world right now, kind words are just what we all need.
