Mindful March

Did February just happen!? It’s crazy to think we’re already in March! Building on ‘Happy January’ and ‘Friendly February’, the theme for this month focuses on how we can be more mindful and live in the present.

Action for Happiness have published their monthly calendar for March, which is available in 17 languages. The calendar is filled with daily suggested actions to do throughout March to help you be more mindful and live in the present moment. I’ll be sharing my ‘mindful moments’ over on Twitter once again!
